The roadmap should align with NEP 2020 and NCF 2023, focusing on reducing curriculum load, introducing vocational education, and promoting experiential learning. Teachers share their experiences on the implementation of the Holistic Progress Card (HPC) and assessment register at different grade levels in Government schools of Odisha. They also shared the challenges they are facing in the implementation of the HPC at the school level.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Groups also added Formation of a dedicated Task Force and gap analysis to align teacher education and professional development with NEP 2020. The session commenced with a presentation outlining the implementation plan for skill education in Odisha&#8217;s schools. The discussion was made on infrastructure and funding, Concentrating on teacher recruitment and training and addressing assessment and certification. The Groups emphasized on technology to help teachers and their continuous professional development. There were 3 types of timelines.<br \/>\n\uf0a7 Immediate: Within 6 months<br \/>\n\uf0a7 Short-term: 6\u201312 months<br \/>\n\uf0a7 Long-term: Over 1 year<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nKey areas include educational and administrative processes, community engagement, inclusion, and resource-sharing through school clusters.
