Among others, Mr. BalwantSingh,IAS,\u00a0 Commisioner-cum-Secretary , Tourism Department,Odisha, Mr.Bharat BhusanBiswal, Regional general Manager, Kamat Hotel&#8217;s india ltd ,MrsSharadaGhosh, Principal, IHM Bhubaneswar and \u00a0other dignitaries were present on the occasion .
