Participants included representatives from three Technology Incubation Centers (TICs) in Koraput, Kandhamal, and Keonjhar, along with officials from the department, ORMAS, ICAR-IIHR (CHES), and Technical Support Unit &#8211; Palladium.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The workshop featured industry specialists and master trainers from Kerala, who guided participants in creating various value-added products from jackfruit.<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-45668 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/JF-4-300x224.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/JF-4-300x224.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/JF-4.jpeg 650w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Additionally, two companies\u2014Artocarpus Foods Pvt. Ltd. and Nutritivo Food Products LLP\u2014signed MoUs with the Directorate of Horticulture.
