Sri Nayak informed that for the first time the department has started this process of this recruitment since inception of the department. Among other\u00a0 dignitaries present were Minister for Social Security &amp; Empowerment of persons with Disabilities , Science &amp; Technology Dept Ashok Chandra Panda,\u00a0 MLA Central Shri Ananta Narayan Jena , Mayor, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation, Smt.
