Chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and extended his best wishes for the successful celebration of the Foundation Day. Basanti Hembram, Minister, Women and Child Development and Mission Shakti joined as chief speaker and opined that Odisha State Commission for Women has played a key role in the movement for women empowerment. The Chief Guest also released the book, a success story compiled by the Women Commission \u201cHass Futila Parivar Tisthila\u201d. A video film was also screened on various activities undertaken by the State Commission for Women.
