Subhalaxmi Barik affected by severe thalassemia disease from childhood and also victim\u00a0 of Diabetis. Every months she received blood alongwith taking treatment at AIIMS, Hi-Tech Medical College, BMC Hospital, Capital Hospital. Due to sever deterioration of health day by day, stop education\u00a0 at 10<sup>th<\/sup> class. Her father is a Class-IV employee of National Council of Teacher Education, Eastern Region, New Delhi and his salary mostly made expenditure on treatment of his daughter. In this critical juncture Mrs. Tunilata Barik, W\/o- Bramhanada Barik written letter to NCTE Hqrs., New Delhi with prayer on Medical Ground her husband to settled at Bhubaneswar. NCTE Hqrs. New Delhi issued letter No. 76717 dtd. 05.07.2018, No. 67618 dtd. 05.07.2018 and No. 68697 dt. 30.07.2018 if this office will shift to New Delhi her husband Sri Barik could be settled at in any Central Govt. office or at Regional Institute of Education, Unit-9, Bhubaneswar. \u00a0On dtd. 20.09.2021 this office have shifted to New Delhi but the distress case of Mr. Barik was forgetten by the officers of NCTE, Hqrs., New Delhi. Mr. and Mrs. Barik and her daughter had written many\u00a0 letters to NCTE Hqrs. Chair person, Member Secretary and Regional Director but no any response\u00a0 to redress the grievance. However\u00a0 he was joined at Delhi on dt. 18.10.2022 and done duty till\u00a0 18.11.2022. As such repeatedly deterioration of health\u00a0 every month she take\u00a0\u00a0 1 to 2 times blood transfusion\u00a0 with treatment of Diabetics, Hypoglycemia, Lungs infection, gastritics, colitis etc. Her father remain on leave from dt. 19.11.2021 as on date. Both daughter and mother written many letters\u00a0 \/ mercy petitions to President of India. Lot of money has been made expenditure for treatment of Subhalaxmi, Medical emergencies knocking every moment. Borrowing of money from neighbor limited and there is no option to collect money for continuance of treatment. Total family in mental torture\u00a0 and harassment. It a question how her treatment will continue and she would live in the eternal world. Subhalaxmi has prayed to Sj.
