Dr. H. K. De, Principal Scientist, ICAR-CIFA, Bhubaneswar highlighted the different agricultural technologies for generation of wealth from waste. <img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-29051 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Photo-1-300x139.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"139\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Photo-1-300x139.jpg 300w, https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Photo-1.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>\u00a0He also briefed the various programmes and policies implemented by the Government of India for women empowerment.Mr. A.K. Dash, Senior Scientist &amp; Head, KVK-Khordha highlighted the different methods of preparation of organic fertilizers and plant growth regulators utilizing waste from agriculture. He also encouraged the village people to practice organic farming for safe food production. Earlier, Dr.Harapriya Nayak, SMS (Home Science) welcomed the delegates and briefed about the mushroom production utilizing crumpled paddy straw to bring swachhata in agricultural activities. Besides, the participants visited the CIFA Aquarium and KVK Demonstration Units. About 45 participants from Rajas and Majhihara village of Balipatna Block, Khordha District participated in the awareness programme. Smt.
