Mr. A.K. Dash, Senior Scientist &amp; Head, KVK-Khordha highlighted the different methods of preparation of organic fertilizers and plant growth regulators utilizing waste from agriculture and fisheries. Sahoo, SMS (Fishery Science) emphasized about the utilization of fishery waste to generate wealth. Besides, a cleanliness drive was organized at the community places of the village and various sanitization materials were also distributed to the farmers\/farmwomen for future cleaning of the village surroundings. The farmers\/farmwomen including KVK staff members hung colourful and meaningful placards and a small rally on swachhata was carried out at the village conveying the message\u201cClean India, Green India\u201d. About 130 participants participated in the cleanliness drive-cum-awareness programme. Smt.
