It was ascertained that the saw mill was running without any valid license. During the raid, saw mill accessories along with timber worth Rs.5,83,500\/-(Rupees Five Lakh Eighty-three Thousand Five Hundred) were detected and seized.<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-25746 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Vigilance-3-300x227.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"227\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Vigilance-3-300x227.jpg 300w, https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Vigilance-3-768x582.jpg 768w, https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Vigilance-3.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Similarly, running of an illegal furniture unit at Uttarkula, PS-Kishannagar, Dist-Cuttack was detected. It was ascertained that the owner of furniture unit could not produce any valid license. During the raid, timber and furniture unit accessories worth Rs.2,20,000\/-(Rupees Two Lakh Twenty Thousand) were detected and seized. The owner of the furniture unit Sri Sanjay Kumar Ojha was arrested.
