Case No.46 dtd.13.10.2009 U\/s 13(2) r\/w 13(1)(c) Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988\/409\/420\/477-A\/120-B IPC <strong>for misappropriation of Govt. money in connection with cement drain work &amp; improvement of village road under SGRY (Sampoorna Grameen Rojgar Yojana) <\/strong>\u00a0were convicted by the Hon\u2019ble Court of Special Judge, Vigilance, Jeypore and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 2 years on each count and to pay fine of Rs.10,000\/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each on each count for the offence U\/s 13 (2) r\/w 13(1)(c)\/7 of PC Amendment Act, 1988\/420 IPC, and in default of payment of fine, to undergo further rigorous imprisonment for a period of 3 months for each default.
