Case No.67 dated.03.12.1997 U\/s 13(2) r\/w 13(1)(e) Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 registered against Sri Prakash Chandra Patra, Ex-Inspector of Supplies for possession of assets\u00a0 disproportionate to his known sources of income and sentenced him to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 3 years and to pay fine of Rs.20,000\/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand), and in default of payment of fine, to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a further period of 6 months more for the offence U\/s 13(2) r\/w 13(1)(e) P.C. Act, 1988.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sri D.Tareshu Patra, Ex-Inspector, Vigilance, Berhampur Division had investigated the case and Sri Surendra Panda, Spl. P.P. and Sri Pradeep Kumar Dora, Addl.
