Cuttack,15\/2\/2022(\u00a0 Odisha Samachar )- On the allegation of possession of assets disproportionate to the known sources of income, simultaneous house searches have been launched on the properties of Sri Trinath Mishra, Additional Superintendent of Police (Addl. S.P), Communication, Tulasipur, Cuttack today i.e. on 15.02.2022 at 11 places in Cuttack, Khordha, Jajpur, Jagatsinghpur and Nabarangpur district i.e;<\/strong><\/p>\n

1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Residential flat No.2\/25, Manorama Estate, Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 House at native village Dabugaon, Nabarangpur.\"\"<\/strong><\/p>\n

3)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 House of relative at Khaira, PS-Badachana, Dist-Jajpur.<\/strong><\/p>\n

4)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Farm house namely Shantilata Farm House at Teligarh, Khaira, Dist-Jajpur.<\/strong><\/p>\n

5)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Shantilata Care and Nursing Home along with Medicine shop at Dhanamandal, Chandikhol Bazar, Dist-Jajpur.<\/strong><\/p>\n

6)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Shantilata Transport (first) near Shantilata Care, Chandikhol, Dist-Jajpur.<\/strong><\/p>\n

7)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Shantilata Transport (second) at Dhanamandal, Chandikhol, Dist-Jajpur.<\/strong><\/p>\n

8)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 House of driver of Sri Trinath Mishra at village Daleighai, PS-Biridi, Dist-Jagatsinghpur.\"\"<\/strong><\/p>\n

9)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Drug Unit of his unmarried sons at Mahanadi Vihar, Cuttack.<\/strong><\/p>\n

10)\u00a0\u00a0 Govt. quarter at Madhupatna PS campus, Cuttack.<\/strong><\/p>\n

11)\u00a0\u00a0 Office room at office of S.P. Signal, Tulasipur, Cuttack.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

11 teams of Odisha Vigilance led by 3 Addl. Ss.P, 10 DSsP, 13 Inspectors and other staff conducted the search on the strength of Search Warrants issued by the Hon\u2019ble Court of Special Judge, Vigilance, Cuttack.\"\"<\/strong><\/p>\n

During house searches so far, the following assets have been unearthed;<\/strong><\/p>\n

1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 One 3 BHK flat at Marorama Estate, Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar. Preliminary valuation is Rs.80 lakhs. However, Technical Wing of Odisha, Vigilance will\u00a0 carry out detailed assessment of its value, which may increase further.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Double storeyed building at Dabugaon, Dist-Nabarangpur. <\/strong><\/p>\n

3)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 One farm house at Badachana, Jajpur worth over Rs.86.32 lakh as per preliminary estimate.<\/strong><\/p>\n

4)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 4 number of plots at Bhubaneswar and Jajpur. Undervaluation of the plots during registration is suspected. A thorough probe has been initiated in this regard.<\/strong><\/p>\n

5)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Bank deposits over Rs.43.32 lakh.\"\"<\/strong><\/p>\n

6)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Insurance deposits over Rs.44.04 lakh.<\/strong><\/p>\n

7)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Gold ornaments worth over Rs.16.85 lakh.<\/strong><\/p>\n

8)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cash Rs 5,27,710\/-.<\/strong><\/p>\n

9)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Costly vehicles. Details as under; <\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. i) BMW X7 car bearing Regd. No. OD05-AV-0005 (worth Rs.1.20 crore). Picture given below;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          1. vi) Royal Enfield Classic 500 ABS bearing Regd. No. OD05-AX-0005 (worth Rs.2.50 lakh).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            vii)\u00a0\u00a0 Yamaha motor cycle bearing Regd. No. OD02-BV-0005 (worth Rs.2 lakh).<\/strong><\/p>\n

            viii)\u00a0 Swish scooter bearing Regd. No. OD05-C-0005 (worth Rs.70 thousand).<\/strong><\/p>\n

            1. ix) E-scooter bearing Regd. No. OD04-S-0505 (worth Rs.64,905\/-).<\/strong><\/li>\n
            2. x) Household articles worth Rs.55 lakh and other movable and immovable properties. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              10)\u00a0\u00a0 Sri Trinath Mishra is suspected to have invested ill-gotten money in business in name of his family members. The following have been unearthed and are being probed;\"\"<\/strong><\/p>\n

              1. i) Shantilata Care (Nursing Home) at Chandikhol, Dist-Jajpur. Cost of triple storeyed building named as Shantilata Care Nursing Home worth over 1.76 Crore. (Picture given below)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

                1. ii) Shanti Drug House; <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

                  Both are licensed in the name of spouse of Sri Trinath Mishra. Valuation of high end medical instruments at Shantilata Care are being done with the help of technical and medical experts. Preliminary assessment of Medical instruments, assets and drugs seized during search of Shantilata Care is worth Rs.77 lakh.\"\"<\/strong><\/p>\n

                  Further, Pharmaceutical Unit (M\/s Taurus Pharmex) at Mahanadi Vihar, Cuttack in the name of Sri Tarun Mishra, unmarried son of Sri Trinath Mishra has been unearthed. Medicine stock value of (M\/s Taurus Pharmex) is worth over Rs.14.10 lakh as per preliminary estimate.<\/strong><\/p>\n

                  Searches are continuing at all the above places. Finance and Technical Wing of Odisha Vigilance are doing assessments. <\/strong><\/p>\n

                  It is suspected that Sri Mishra has created benami assets in name of his relatives which is under verification. Unearthing of more assets is likely and overall valuation is likely to increase.\u00a0\u00a0 \"\"\"\"\"\"<\/strong><\/p>\n
