{"id":20414,"date":"2022-02-14T16:19:10","date_gmt":"2022-02-14T16:19:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/?p=20414"},"modified":"2022-02-14T16:19:10","modified_gmt":"2022-02-14T16:19:10","slug":"assets-worth-over-rs-3-39-crores-unearthed-in-house-search-of-chief-engineer-cum-chief-electrical-inspector-sambalpur-dist-sambalpur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/2022\/02\/14\/assets-worth-over-rs-3-39-crores-unearthed-in-house-search-of-chief-engineer-cum-chief-electrical-inspector-sambalpur-dist-sambalpur\/","title":{"rendered":"ASSETS WORTH OVER RS 3.39 CRORES UNEARTHED IN HOUSE SEARCH OF CHIEF ENGINEER-CUM-CHIEF ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR, SAMBALPUR, DIST-SAMBALPUR."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuttack,14\/2\/2022 ( Odisha Samachar )- On the allegation of possession of assets disproportionate to the known sources of income, simultaneous house searches have been launched on the properties of Sri Sunil Kumar Panda, Chief Engineer-cum-Chief Electrical Inspector, Sambalpur, Dist-Sambalpur at 4 places in Sambalpur and Khordha district i.e;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Residential building at Flat No.201, Block-A, Green Park Residency, Sambalpur.<\/li>\n<li>Parental house in Flat No.203, Block-A, Green Park Residency, Sambalpur.<\/li>\n<li>Flat No.H-022 of the Cosmopolis Project at Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar, Dist-Khordha.<\/li>\n<li>Office chamber at office of Chief Electrical Inspector, Western Zone, Sambalpur, Dist-Sambalpur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4 teams of Odisha Vigilance led by 2 DSsP, 9 Inspectors, 2 ASIs and other staff conducted the search on the strength of Search Warrants issued by the Hon\u2019ble Court of Special Judge, Vigilance, Sambalpur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During house searches so far, the following assets worth over <strong>Rs<\/strong>. <strong>3.39 Crores<\/strong> have been unearthed as listed below;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>One 3 BHK Flat No.201, Block-A, Green Park Residency, Sambalpur, preliminary valuation of which is approx Rs.64.21 lakhs. However, Technical Wing of Odisha, Vigilance will carry out detailed assessment of its value, which may increase further. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>2 plots in Ainthapali under Sambalpur town. Undervaluation of the plots during registration is suspected.
