With key in-app features that enable &#8216;live&#8217; social<br \/>\nnetworking, TIYA offers users the experience of real-time, off-the-cuff<br \/>\nconversations, by leveraging on the emotion of the human voice.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In tandem with its<br \/>\nexpansion strategy, the new space emulates its contemporary vision of &#8216;design<br \/>\nwith purpose&#8217;. Having performed an in-depth geographical assessment, TIYA<br \/>\nnarrowed in on Singapore as the chosen city for its global headquarters, with<br \/>\nthe aim of reflecting their commitment to innovate and invest in the region.<br \/>\nTIYA has since built a creative space, designed on an overarching concept of<br \/>\npromoting collaboration and community as part of their on-going mission and<br \/>\nvision for the company.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Located at Mapletree<br \/>\nAnson, alongside other large corporations such as Yahoo and Goldman Sachs, the<br \/>\nflagship office will serve as an ode to the brand&#8217;s instantly recognizable<br \/>\naesthetic. The new headquarters will be home to in-house functions including<br \/>\ndepartments such as Big Data, Human Resource, User Research, Administration and<br \/>\nOperation, that will support TIYA&#8217;s technology platform and product development<br \/>\nplans. TIYA is also looking to expand its staff strength, with a fully<br \/>\noperational team in Singapore by the end of 2022, as it looks to progressively<br \/>\nlaunch its latest version of the app around the world.<\/p>\n<p>TIYA also plans to<br \/>\namplify its hiring with a graduate employment programme and has established its<br \/>\ninaugural talent partnership with the Nanyang Technological University,<br \/>\nSingapore (NTU Singapore)&#8217;s Career &amp; Attachment Office.The programme will be<br \/>\nthe first of many future collaborations, as TIYA looks to offer students<br \/>\ninvaluable career opportunities with the brand.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Jinnan (Marco) Lai<\/i><\/b><b>, <i>Chairman of<br \/>\nTIYA, <\/i><\/b>commented &#8220;We are very excited to be establishing a permanent presence<br \/>\nin Singapore, as it is an essential milestone that is aligned to our global<br \/>\ngeographical expansion strategy.
