Our
\nfilms are theatrically distributed and released in Korea and overseas markets,
\nas well as for subsequent post-theatrical worldwide release in other forms of
\nmedia, including online streaming, cable TV, broadcast TV, IPTV,
\nvideo-on-demand, and home video\/DVD, etc. Generally, we release our motion
\npictures into wide-theatrical exhibition initially in Korea, and then in

\nGroup also invests into and produces Korean television dramas. In addition to
\nour content business, we also own equity stakes in entertainment-related
\ncompanies and film funds that can financially and strategically complement our

\nfilms (58 Korean and 21 foreign) including\u00a0ROSE OF BETRAYAL<\/em>,\u00a0THE OUTLAWS<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0SECRETLY, GREATLY<\/em>, which was
\none of the biggest box office hits of 2013 starring Kim Soo-hyun of\u00a0MY LOVE FROM THE STARS<\/em>, as well

\nLEGACY<\/em>. In 2012, Novus Mediacorp was also the post-theatrical

\nThe Company owns a 100% equity interest in Simplex Films Limited (“Simplex
\nFilms<\/strong>“)
\nwhich is an early stage film production firm. The maiden film of Simplex
\nFilms,\u00a0JESTERS: THE GAME
\nCHANGERS<\/em>\u00a0(2019), was released in Korea on 21 August 2019.
\nSimplex Films has several line-up of films including\u00a0HURRICANE BROTHERS<\/i>\u00a0(working title).<\/span><\/p>\n



\nThe Company owns a 100% equity interest in Take Pictures Pte. Ltd. (“Take
\nPictures<\/strong>“)
\nwhich produced\u00a0STONESKIPPING<\/em>\u00a0(2020)
\nand\u00a0THE BOX<\/em>\u00a0(2021),
\nand shall release\u00a0GUARDIAN<\/em>\u00a0(working
\ntitle) in 2021 tentatively. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n



\nThe Company owns a 100% equity interest in Greenlight Content Limited (“Greenlight
\nContent<\/strong>“)
\nwhich is mainly involved in the business of investing into dramas and movies,
\nas well as providing consulting services for the production of Korean content.
\nThrough the acquisition of Greenlight Content, the Group’s first co-produced
\ndrama,\u00a0MY SECRET TERRIUS<\/em>,
\nstarring top Korean star, So Ji Sub, achieved #1 in drama viewership ratings
\nfor its time slot and recorded double digits for its highest viewership
\nratings. Greenlight Content was one of the main investors of\u00a0MY SECRET TERRIUS.<\/em><\/p>\n



\nThe Company owns a 20% equity interest in The Makers Studio Co. Ltd., which
\nplans to produce and release four upcoming films, the first of which will
\nbe\u00a0THE ISLAND OF THE GHOST’S
\nWAIL<\/em>, a comedy horror film. \u00a0<\/p>\n

\nCompany holds an effective shareholding interest of 43.88% in Spackman Media

\ndirectors and provided the camera and lighting equipment some of Korea’s most
