\nLimited<\/a> ( “Silver Map<\/b>“), the majority shareholder of Splendid
\nPowerful Limited (“Splendid Powerful<\/b>“), announced that Splendid Powerful
\nentered into a joint cooperation agreement (the “JC Agreement<\/b>“) with
\nAsiapac Growth Holdings Limited (“Asiapac<\/b>“), a wholly-owned subsidiary
\nof Joyas International Holdings Limited’s (“Joyas<\/b>“) which is currently
\nlisted on Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited
\n(stock code: E9L). A new entity, namely Meta Technology International Limited
\n(“Meta<\/b>“), will be incorporated in Hong Kong Special Administrative
\nRegion (“HKSAR<\/b>“). Splendid Powerful will own 40% of the issued share
\ncapital of Meta while Asiapac will own 60%. <\/p>\n
\nis principally engaged in the provision of financial technology solutions and
\nservices to clients including:<\/p>\n
\nassisting clients to digitalize of their artworks
\nsuch as paintings, sculptures, photos and music\u00a0into
\nnon-fungible tokens (“NFTs”) using blockchain technology;<\/span><\/p>\n
\narranging and designing unique promotion campaigns
\nfor the NFTs;<\/p>\n
\nassisting clients to tokenize tangible and
\nintangible assets into security tokens and listing the<\/p>\n
\ntokens on decentralized security token exchanges; and<\/p>\n
\ntrade their NFTs on the NFT marketplaces.<\/p>\n
