\n– 12 January 2022 – Organised by The Hong Kong Institute of Housing (HKIH)<\/b>,
\n<\/b>the “HKIH Elite Awards 2022” <\/b>is open for nomination today. Nomination
\nperiod will close at 12:00 noon, 26 April 2022. <\/p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Housing management professionals have been working behind the scene to
\nenhance a harmonious, well-managed living and working environment for all local
\ncitizens over the years. Their contribution and outstanding performance should
\nbe recognised and made known to a wider public. With social unrests and
\npandemic challenges, housing management professionals’ dedicated efforts were
\nespecially profound and important for the community. Thus, HKIH launched the
\nfirst HKIH Elite Awards in 2020 to reward the outstanding contributions of our
\nmembers and industry practitioners as a whole. By bringing together leading
\ncorporate executives, professionals and academic institutions, as well as
\nindustry leaders, the HKIH Elite Awards offers an excellent opportunity for
\nlocal housing management individuals and teams to be recognised for their
\nprofessionalism and achievement. This year, HKIH sustains the effort to commend
\nindustry practitioners and their teams by launching the HKIH Elite Awards 2022 today.<\/p>\n

Uplift Professionalism under New Normal<\/b><\/p>\n
The theme for HKIH
\nElite Awards 2022 is “Uplift Professionalism under New Normal<\/b>“. The
\nglobal pandemic and the accelerated information exchange has brought forward a new normal for
\neverybody. Housing management professionals are also in need to adapt to new
\nworking models as a result. Despite challenges and difficulties, housing management
\npractitioners have been safeguarding property values, the living and working
\nenvironments and are dedicated to uplifting professionalism for citizens in
\ngeneral. By organising the Awards, HKIH would like to commend outstanding housing
\nmanagement individuals and teams for their contribution over the years. The
\nAwards also serves to build role models to foster sustainable growth of the industry.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
The HKIH Elite Awards welcomes individual and team nominations.
\nThere are 5 award categories, namely, the Individual Categories of “Outstanding
\nManager” and “Outstanding Officer”, the Team Categories of “Outstanding Team”
\nand “Best Crisis Management Team”, and the “Best Innovative Idea” Category. By
\nsetting up different award categories, it aims to give recognition to outstanding housing management
\nindividuals and teams in different aspects and sectors.<\/p>\n

The Diversified Top-Class
\nJury Panel <\/b><\/p>\n
The
\nHKIH Elite Awards 2022 has invited experts with different backgrounds to join the
\nJury Panel. Mr Tony TSE Wai-chuen, BBS,
\nJP<\/b> will be the Head Juror. Jury members will partake and contribute in the sophisticated judging
\nprocess for different award categories this year.<\/p>\n
