{"id":19881,"date":"2022-01-11T08:40:00","date_gmt":"2022-01-11T08:40:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/2022\/01\/11\/technopark-tower-awarded-leed-platinum-green-construction-certificate-2\/"},"modified":"2022-01-11T08:40:00","modified_gmt":"2022-01-11T08:40:00","slug":"technopark-tower-awarded-leed-platinum-green-construction-certificate-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/2022\/01\/11\/technopark-tower-awarded-leed-platinum-green-construction-certificate-2\/","title":{"rendered":"TechnoPark Tower awarded LEED Platinum Green Construction Certificate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> \n<\/p>\n<div lang=\"en\">\n<p>HANOI, VIETNAM &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.media-outreach.com\">Media OutReach<\/a> &#8211; 11 January 2022 &#8211;\u00a0<b><i>TechnoPark Tower in <a href=\"https:\/\/vinhomes.vn\/en\">Vinhomes Ocean Park<\/a><\/i><\/b><b><i> in <\/i><\/b><b><i>Hanoi<\/i><\/b><b><i> <\/i><\/b><b><i>has been officially awarded the V4 LEED Platinum Green Building Certificate<br \/>\nby the US Green Building Council.<\/i><\/b><b><i> <\/i><\/b><b><i>This is the <\/i><\/b><b><i>world&#8217;s most <\/i><\/b><b><i>prestigious<br \/>\ncertificat<\/i><\/b><b><i>ion that <\/i><\/b><b><i>honours green<br \/>\nbuildings <\/i><\/b><b><i>for their capability to<\/i><\/b><b><i> save energy and<br \/>\nprotect the environment.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.media-outreach.com\/\" width=\"500\"\/><\/p>\n<p>According to assessment<br \/>\nresults from the US Green Building Council, the LEED Platinum V4 version is the<br \/>\nmost difficult\u00a0LEED rating level\u00a0to date.<\/p>\n<p>To achieve this<br \/>\ncertificate, the TechnoPark Tower had to satisfy the 9 most rigorous criteria<br \/>\nfrom design to operation, including: integrated design, location and<br \/>\nconnectivity, sustainable location, efficient use of water, energy and<br \/>\natmosphere, materials and resources, indoor air quality, innovation initiatives<br \/>\nand regional scores.<\/p>\n<p>TechnoPark Tower achieved<br \/>\na maximum score in many of the criteria.<\/p>\n<p>TechnoPark<br \/>\nTower has the ability to save up to 17.4% of total annual energy<br \/>\nconsumption\u00a0compared to the<br \/>\nstandard level, owing to energy-efficient solutions such as<br \/>\nlow-E insulating glass<br \/>\nfacades which helps to minimize heat transfer in both directions from outside to<br \/>\ninside and from inside to outside; ventilation systems for the parking lot and the green roof, which helps to reduce the heat transfer coefficient;<br \/>\nand solar panels on the lake&#8217;s surface\u00a0next to TechnoPark Tower to generate<br \/>\na renewable energy source for the<br \/>\ntower.<\/p>\n<p>Inside the tower, nearly 3,000 Siemens motion sensors are<br \/>\ninstalled to automatically turn the<br \/>\nlights on in\u00a0unoccupied areas, and there are on and off and dim lights<br \/>\nin the parking basement<br \/>\nto save<br \/>\nenergy. The entire exterior lighting<br \/>\nsystem is controlled by a timer to reduce light pollution.<\/p>\n<p>More<br \/>\nthan 75% of the workspace enjoys natural daylight in the range of 300 lux to 3,000<br \/>\nlux, allowing<br \/>\ntenants to reduce electricity<br \/>\nconsumption inside the building.<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\nterms of water efficiency, TechnoPark Tower makes full use of rainwater collected at storage tanks to<br \/>\nwater plants, while using low-flow<br \/>\nsanitary equipment to minimize<br \/>\nwater consumption at\u00a0source.<\/p>\n<p>Greenery occupies 25% of the total area of the building, with the highlight being the chill sky gardens where native drought-tolerant plants are grown to save water.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, to encourage tenants to use environmentally friendly<br \/>\ntransportation, there<br \/>\nare multiple charging stations for<br \/>\nelectric vehicles in the tower&#8217;s parking basement; there are also 660 bicycle parking slots as well as bathrooms for those who cycle to work.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, right next to the tower&#8217;s lobby is a smart electric<br \/>\nVinBus pick-up point, promoting green<br \/>\ntransportation<br \/>\nboth inside and outside the complex.<\/p>\n<p>On top of these outstanding advantages, TechnoPark Tower is also<br \/>\nequipped with many innovative smart<br \/>\nfeatures deployed by VinSmart.<\/p>\n<p>Before<br \/>\nthe<br \/>\nLEED Platinum<br \/>\naward\u00a0in November 2021,<br \/>\nTechnoPark Tower was honoured<br \/>\nas<br \/>\nthe first building in Viet<br \/>\nNam\u00a0to win Most Intelligent<br \/>\nDistrict award at the prestigious Digie Awards (USA).<\/p>\n<p>Having received prestigious world-class certifications and awards, TechnoPark Tower is<br \/>\ngradually realizing its goal<br \/>\nof becoming one of the<br \/>\nTop 10 smartest buildings in the<br \/>\nworld.<\/p>\n<p>These<br \/>\nare worthy achievements for a &#8220;heartfelt construction&#8221;- Make in Vietnam &#8211; marking<br \/>\nthe great progress<br \/>\nof Viet<br \/>\nNam&#8217;s stature\u00a0on the global technology map.<\/p>\n<p>        <\/p><\/div>\n\n<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.media-outreach.com\/news\/2022\/01\/11\/114949\/technopark-tower-awarded-leed-platinum-green-construction-certificate\">Source link <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HANOI, VIETNAM &#8211; Media OutReach &#8211; 11 January 2022 &#8211;\u00a0TechnoPark Tower in Vinhomes Ocean Park in Hanoi has been officially awarded the V4 LEED Platinum Green Building Certificate by the US Green Building Council.
