{"id":19855,"date":"2022-01-11T08:40:00","date_gmt":"2022-01-11T08:40:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/2022\/01\/11\/technopark-tower-awarded-leed-platinum-green-construction-certificate\/"},"modified":"2022-01-11T08:40:00","modified_gmt":"2022-01-11T08:40:00","slug":"technopark-tower-awarded-leed-platinum-green-construction-certificate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/2022\/01\/11\/technopark-tower-awarded-leed-platinum-green-construction-certificate\/","title":{"rendered":"TechnoPark Tower awarded LEED Platinum Green Construction Certificate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> \n<\/p>\n<div lang=\"en\">\n<p>HANOI, VIETNAM &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.media-outreach.com\">Media OutReach<\/a> &#8211; 11 January 2022 &#8211; <i style=\"font-weight: bold\">TechnoPark Tower in <a href=\"https:\/\/vinhomes.vn\/en\">Vinhomes Ocean Park<\/a> in the capital\u00a0has been<br \/>\nofficially awarded the V4 LEED Platinum Green Building Certificate by the US<br \/>\nGreen Building Council.<\/i><b><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/b><b><i>This is the world&#8217;s<br \/>\nmost prestigious certification that honours green buildings for their<br \/>\ncapability to save energy and protect the environment.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img width=\"500\" data-src=\"https:\/\/images.media-outreach.com\/Thumb\/500x0\/212263\/technopark.jpg#image-212263\" class=\"lazyload\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\"\/><\/p>\n<p><noscript><img src=\"https:\/\/images.media-outreach.com\/Thumb\/500x0\/212263\/technopark.jpg#image-212263\" width=\"500\"\/><\/noscript><\/p>\n<p>According to assessment<br \/>\nresults from the US Green Building Council, the LEED Platinum V4 version is the<br \/>\nmost difficult\u00a0LEED rating level\u00a0to date.<\/p>\n<p>To achieve this<br \/>\ncertificate, the TechnoPark Tower had to satisfy the nine most rigorous<br \/>\ncriteria from design to operation, including: integrated design, location and<br \/>\nconnectivity, sustainable location, efficient use of water, energy and<br \/>\natmosphere, materials and resources, indoor air quality, innovation initiatives<br \/>\nand regional scores.<\/p>\n<p>TechnoPark Tower achieved<br \/>\na maximum score in many of the criteria.<\/p>\n<p>TechnoPark Tower has the<br \/>\nability to save up to 17.4 per cent\u00a0of total annual energy<br \/>\nconsumption\u00a0compared to the standard level, owing to energy-efficient<br \/>\nsolutions such as low-E insulating glass facades which helps to minimize heat<br \/>\ntransfer in both directions from outside to inside and from inside to outside;<br \/>\nventilation systems for the parking lot and the green roof, which helps to<br \/>\nreduce the heat transfer coefficient; and solar panels on the lake&#8217;s<br \/>\nsurface\u00a0next to TechnoPark Tower to generate a renewable energy source for<br \/>\nthe tower.<\/p>\n<p>Inside the tower, nearly<br \/>\n3,000 Siemens motion sensors are installed to automatically turn the lights on<br \/>\nin\u00a0unoccupied areas, and there are on and off and dim lights in the<br \/>\nparking basement to save energy.
