\na significant win in its litigation against Guangdong Huisu Telecommunication
\nTech Inc. (“Huisu”).\u00a0 A previous court
\nruling by Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court (the “Court”) determined that
\nHuisu willfully infringed Comba’s patent for Remote Electronical Tilt (“RET”)
\nantenna technology, and ordered Huisu to cease any infringement and to
\ncompensate Comba for the monetary losses suffered.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/p>\n
\nits infringement, and such ruling against Huisu protected the legal right of Comba
\nduring the valid life of the Comba’s asserted patent. The life of the Comba’s
\nasserted patents extends to year of 2034.\u00a0
\nHuisu would be barred from selling its infringing antenna products till
\nMay of 2034.\u00a0 <\/p>\n
\nHuisu was utilizing its infringing antenna products to secure large-scale
\nbidding projects and continued to generate illegal gains through its infringing
\nactivities from 2018 to 2019, therefore ruled that Huisu’s willful infringement
\nwarranted a monetary damage. All remedies addressed in the Court’s judgment
\nwere stay pending appeal.<\/p>\n
