Beginning with an IPO price of HK$2.60 per unit, the accumulated<br \/>\ntotal distributions of Sunlight REIT amounts to approximately HK$3.34 per unit,<br \/>\ncontributing to an around 11%<br \/>\nannualized total return since listing. <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Its defensive<br \/>\nqualities are supported by a diversified portfolio, including 11 office and<br \/>\nfive retail properties in Hong Kong and a competent management team which<br \/>\nplaces a strong emphasis on asset enhancement, capital management and corporate<br \/>\ngovernance.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In reaching this new milestone,<b><br \/>\nMr. Wu Shiu Kee, Keith, Chief Executive Officer<\/b> of the Manager said, &#8220;The success of Sunlight REIT can<br \/>\nbe attributed to &#8220;<b>3D<\/b>&#8220;, namely <i>&#8220;<b>D<\/b>iversified<br \/>\nProperty Portfolio&#8221;<\/i>, <i>&#8220;<b>D<\/b>edication<br \/>\nto Sustainability&#8221;<\/i> and <i>&#8220;<b>D<\/b>iligent<br \/>\nManagement Team&#8221;<\/i>.
