\nto Variety, Korea was the world’s fourth largest box office market in 2019,
\nbehind only North America, China and Japan.\n<\/p>\n

\n Since incorporation in 2011,
\nSEGL had produced more than 30 films including a number of highest grossing and
\naward-winning films in Korea, namely

\ninterest in Simplex Films Limited (”

\n “) which is an early
\nstage film production firm. The maiden film of Simplex Films,
\n JESTERS: THE
\nGAME CHANGERS<\/i>
\n (2019), was released in Korea on 21 August 2019. Simplex
\nFilms has several line-up of films including
\n HURRICANE
\nBROTHERS (working title).<\/i>\n<\/p>\n

The
\nCompany owns a 100% equity interest in Take Pictures Pte. Ltd. (”
\n Take Pictures<\/b>“) which produced
\n STONE
\n SKIPPING<\/i>(2020)
\n and
\n THE
\nBOX<\/i>(2021), and shall release
\n GUARDIAN<\/i>(working title) in 2021
\ntentatively.

The Company owns a 100% equity interest in
\nGreenlight Content Limited (”
\n Greenlight
\nContent<\/b>
\n “) which is mainly
\ninvolved in the business of investing into dramas and movies, as well as
\nproviding consulting services for the production of Korean content. Through the
\nacquisition of Greenlight Content, the Group’s first co-produced drama,
\n MY
\nSECRET TERRIUS<\/i>
\n , starring top Korean star, So Ji Sub, achieved #1 in drama viewership ratings for
\nits time slot and recorded double digits for its highest viewership
\nratings. Greenlight Content was one of the main investors of
\n MY SECRET
\nTERRIUS.<\/i>\n<\/p>\n

\n The Company owns a 20% equity
\ninterest in The Makers Studio Co. Ltd., which plans to produce and release four
\nupcoming films, the first of which will be
\n THE ISLAND OF THE GHOST’S WAIL<\/i>,
\na comedy horror film.

\n Our films are theatrically
\ndistributed and released in Korea and overseas markets, as well as for
\nsubsequent post-theatrical worldwide release in other forms of media, including
\nonline streaming, cable TV, broadcast TV, IPTV, video-on-demand, and home video\/DVD,
\netc. We release all of our motion pictures into wide-theatrical exhibition
\ninitially in Korea, and then in overseas and ancillary markets.<\/p>\n

\nmanagement, including some of the top names in the Korean entertainment
\nindustry. SMGL operates its talent management business through renowned
\nagencies such as MSteam Entertainment Co., Ltd. (Son Ye-jin, Lee Min-jung, Ko
\nSung-hee), UAA&CO Inc. (Song Hye-kyo, Yoo Ah-in, Park Hyung-sik), Fiftyone K
\nInc. (So Ji Sub, Ok Taec-yeon), SBD Entertainment Inc. (Son Suk-ku), and Kook
\nEntertainment Co., Ltd. Through these full-service talent agencies in Korea,

\n “), is primarily involved in the
\nbusiness of overseas agency for Korean artists venturing into the overseas
\nmarket. The P Factory is an innovative marketing solutions provider
\nspecializing in event and branded content production. PMG is a talent
\nmanagement agency which represents and manages the careers of major artists in
\nfilm, television, commercial endorsements and branded entertainment.\n<\/p>\n

The Company owns a 100% equity interest in Frame
\nPictures Co., Ltd. (”
\n Frame Pictures<\/b>
\n “). Frame Pictures is a leader in the
\nmovie\/drama equipment leasing business in Korea. Established in 2014, Frame
\nPictures has worked with over 25 top\n<\/p>\n

\n directors and provided the camera and lighting
\nequipment some of Korea’s most notable drama and movie projects including
\n ITAEWON
\nCLASS<\/i>(2020),
\n HOW TO BUY A FRIEND<\/i>(2020),
\n KIM JI-YOUNG, BORN 1982<\/i>(2019),
\n FOUR MEN<\/i>(2019) and
