\nFestival 2021 is a free online event that launches on December 3, coinciding
\nwith International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD).\u00a0Now in its
\nsecond edition, the first True Colors Film Festival, held in 2020, drew an
\naudience of almost 8,000 from 39 countries.<\/p>\n
