\nLimited (the “Company<\/b>“) held the
\nthird extraordinary general meeting, on which it was approved that the Chinese
\nname of the Company was changed from “\u5156\u5dde\u7164\u4e1a\u80a1\u4efd\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8” to “\u5156\u77ff\u80fd\u6e90\u96c6\u56e2\u80a1\u4efd\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8”
\nand the English name was changed from “Yanzhou Coal Mining Company
\nLimited” to “Yankuang Energy Group Company Limited”.<\/p>\n

For details, please refer to the
\nannouncements dated October 29, 2021 and December 1, 2021 in relation to the
\nchange of Company name, which were posted on the websites of the Shanghai Stock
\nExchange, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Company, and\/or on China Securities Journal<\/i>, Shanghai Securities News<\/i>, Securities Times<\/i> and Securities Daily<\/i> in the PRC.<\/p>\n

The effective of the name-change is subject to the
\napproval of the Market Supervision Administration of PRC, which is
\nexpected to be around December 15, 2021.<\/p>\n
