\nCompany owns a 100% equity interest in Simplex Films Limited (“Simplex Films<\/b>“)
\nwhich is an early stage film production firm. The maiden film of Simplex Films,
\nJESTERS: THE GAME CHANGERS<\/i> (2019), was released in Korea on 21 August
\n2019. Simplex Films has several line-up of films including HURRICANE BROTHERS<\/i> (working title).<\/p>\n
\ninterest in Take Pictures Pte. Ltd. (“Take
\nPictures<\/b>“) which produced STONE SKIPPING <\/i>(2020) <\/i>and THE
\nBOX <\/i>(2021), and shall release GUARDIAN <\/i>(working title) in 2021

\nequity interest in Greenlight Content Limited (“Greenlight Content<\/b>“) which is mainly
\ninvolved in the business of investing into dramas and movies, as well as
\nproviding consulting services for the production of Korean content. Through the
\nacquisition of Greenlight Content, the Group’s first co-produced drama, MY
\nSECRET TERRIUS<\/i>, starring top Korean star, So Ji Sub, achieved #1 in drama viewership ratings for
\nits time slot and recorded double digits for its highest viewership
\nratings. Greenlight Content was one of the main investors of MY SECRET
\nTERRIUS.<\/i><\/p>\n
\nCompany owns a 20% equity interest in The Makers Studio Co. Ltd., which plans
\nto produce and release four upcoming films, the first of which will be THE
\nISLAND OF THE GHOST’S WAIL<\/i>, a comedy horror film. <\/p>\n
\nfilms are theatrically distributed and released in Korea and overseas markets,
\nas well as for subsequent post-theatrical worldwide release in other forms of
\nmedia, including online streaming, cable TV, broadcast TV, IPTV,
\nvideo-on-demand, and home video\/DVD, etc. We release all of our motion pictures
\ninto wide-theatrical exhibition initially in Korea, and then in overseas and

\nCompany holds an effective shareholding interest of 43.88% in Spackman Media Group

\nincorporated in Hong Kong, together with its subsidiaries, is collectively one

\nartists under management, including some of the top names in the Korean
\nentertainment industry. SMGL operates its talent management business through
\nrenowned agencies such as MSteam Entertainment Co., Ltd. (Son Ye-jin, Lee
