The high read rate of up to 1 kHz per channel enables&#13;<br \/>\nfaster thermal response for better temperature control and uniformity of&#13;<br \/>\nleading-edge applications such as rapid thermal processing, laser annealing, atomic&#13;<br \/>\nlayer deposition and other advanced deposition technologies. <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The multi-channel OFT with&#13;<br \/>\napplication-specific, configurable wavelength provides exceptional accuracy,&#13;<br \/>\nrepeatability, reliability and fast read rates for the most demanding&#13;<br \/>\ntemperature measurements. Traditional thermocouple and other contact sensor&#13;<br \/>\nmeasurements are undesirable for applications where physical contact with the wafer&#13;<br \/>\ncan cause damage, contamination or measurement errors due to heat transfer&#13;<br \/>\neffects. The 4100T measures temperature directly with \u00b11.5\u00b0C accuracy in situ without&#13;<br \/>\nmaking contact with the object of interest.
