\npleased to have received a total of 14 awards from six prestigious awarding
\nbodies including the 2021 HKMA Best Annual Reports Awards, 2021 Galaxy Awards,
\n2021 International ARC Awards, 2021 International Business Awards, The
\nInternational Annual Report Design Awards (IADA) 2021, and the LACP 2020 Vision
\nAwards. Among these awards, the Annual Report 2020 of Hang Lung Properties was
\naccorded the Silver Award in the General Category \u2013 the top performer among
\nparticipating companies in the real estate industry at the highly competitive
\nHKMA Best Annual Reports Awards.<\/p>\n

\nHang Lung clinches the Silver Award in the General Category at the HKMA Best
\nAnnual Reports Awards<\/i><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

The judging panels for each of the
\nawarding bodies comprised senior executives and industry professionals from
\ncorporations all over the world. They ranked annual reports and selected top
\nperformers based on their creativity, cover design, chairman’s letter, writing
\nstyle, page design, photography, and financial presentations. Our annual
\nreports were highly rated by the judges as enlightening, with the “Chair’s
\nLetter to Shareholders”<\/i> noted as being a particularly well-executed section
\nthat informed readers of the macroeconomic environment and our management
\nphilosophy, while the “Review of Operations” section was deemed well-designed
\nwith good highlights of both financial and non-financial performance. <\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Hang Lung’s rich history was the inspiration behind the reports’ theme
\nof “60 Years of Heritage, Infinite Possibilities”. The
\nnumber “60” and “\u221e” symbol featured on the cover pages represent our
\nproperties’ unique aesthetic design in Hong Kong and mainland China. The former
\ndenotes the 60th<\/sup> anniversary of the Hang Lung Group while the latter
\nrepresents the infinite possibilities that lie ahead in the next 60 years \u2013 a
\nsentiment also reflected in the close connection between the “6” and “0” on the
\nHang Lung Group report cover. <\/p>\n
