\nSupTech), announced the appointment of Rob Mackay as new CEO of the company. Regnology’s
\nfounding CEO, J\u00fcrgen Lux, has decided to assume a more strategic role as a
\nsenior advisor to the Board of Directors of Regnology and to its owner Nordic

Regnology’s Board of Directors
\nselected Rob Mackay for the position on account of his extensive experience
\nfrom the financial services sector as a successful executive with a strong
\ntrack record and customer focus. <\/p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Rob Mackay was until recently the
\nCEO of Itiviti, a world-leading financial service company and technology
\nprovider for the capital markets industry. Prior to that, he was responsible as
\nChief Operating Officer for the Cross-Asset Trading & Risk business unit at
\nFIS, the world’s largest provider of banking technology. His previous
\nmanagement experience includes positions as Chief Operating Officer of Hedge
\nFunds & Risk and Managing Director of Alternative Investments.<\/p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n

Until end of 2020, the company
\nwas part of BearingPoint group and operated under the name BearingPoint
\nRegTech. Since the sale of the RegTech business to private equity firm Nordic
\nCapital, the company is independent. In June 2021, the company joined forces
\nwith Vizor Software and recently changed the name to Regnology. <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n\n
