\ntalented professionals is intensifying and companies are increasingly adopting
\na candidate-first mentality and paying more attention to the overall candidate
\nexperience, to help improve their brand, their process and their overall
\nability to attract talent. <\/p>\n
\nnumber of jobs within the Thai Technology sector rose by 11% in Q3 from Q2
\n2021. “This is partly led by a buoyant tech startup community which is
\nexperiencing very healthy private equity and venture capital investments. A
\nresulting demand is seen for professionals skilled in data citation, project
\nand program management as well as software development,” observes Kristoffer Paludan, <\/b>Regional Director of <\/b>Michael

\nin the Thai Engineering & Supply Chain landscape saw similar levels of
\nheightened activity at a rate of 9% in Q3 2021 compared to Q2. According to Kristoffer
\nPaludan, <\/b>this
\nupward trend is driven by the significant uplift in food production and
\npackaging, chemical manufacturing as well as electronics and electricals. <\/p>\n
\nhave seen a number of new players entering the Thai market in the
\nabove-mentioned sectors. That combined with the expansion of the domestic marketplace
\nhas driven the uplift in hiring activity. In addition, the decline in the Thai
\nBaht is fueling the export market which in turn has seen an increase in
\nvacancies across both procurement, supply chain, engineering as well as
\nmanufacturing,” comments Kristoffer

\nearmarked for further growth within Thailand’s employment market is the healthcare
\nindustry. Thailand being the second largest healthcare market in SEA accounting
\nfor roughly 20% of the region’s healthcare expenditure is in urgent need of a
\ntalent infusion across most disciplines. As demand for hiring grows, so will
