The study focused&#13;<br \/>\non the quality of customer experience among brands in Hong Kong&#8217;s general&#13;<br \/>\ninsurance market. <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img src=\"https:\/\/images.media-outreach.com\/Thumb\/500x0\/179914\/FWD-background-lobby.jpg#image-179914\" width=\"500\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The ranking survey was completed by collecting responses from more than&#13;<br \/>\n1,400 customers on insurance brands, which were then evaluated by a third-party&#13;<br \/>\npanel. Customers were asked to rate the brands according to various key customer&#13;<br \/>\nexperience drivers such as customer service, financial consultants, procedure,&#13;<br \/>\ncommunication, digital channel, product, &#8220;respects me as a customer&#8221;, and&#13;<br \/>\nCOVID-19 response.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>Laurence Luk<\/b>, Director of Sales and Marketing, FWD General&#13;<br \/>\nInsurance, said, &#8220;It&#8217;s incredibly rewarding for our relentless focus on&#13;<br \/>\ncustomer experience to be acknowledged by Forrester, and ultimately by&#13;<br \/>\ncustomers.
