\nSolutions<\/a>, a financial technology company that enables financial
\ninstitutions to issue secure digital credit and debit cards to their customers.
\nCombining Antelop’s solutions with the industry leading Entrust card issuance
\nportfolio, Entrust can help banks and financial institutions around the world create
\nintegrated, seamless digital and physical financial card and payment
\nexperiences for their customers.<\/p>\n
\nAntelop Solutions was founded in 2014 and its customer base includes more than 40
\nleading banks in 25 countries. The firm has about 30 employees who will join
\nEntrust with the acquisition, including founder and CEO Nicolas Bruley. He will
\ncontinue to lead this team to advance digital financial credential solutions at
\nEntrust. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.<\/p>\n
