{"id":16393,"date":"2021-07-19T14:32:28","date_gmt":"2021-07-19T14:32:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/?p=16393"},"modified":"2021-07-19T14:32:28","modified_gmt":"2021-07-19T14:32:28","slug":"secretary-charbhata-and-dubula-primary-agriculture-cooperative-society-pacs-ltd-ps-tarava-dist-subarnapur-arrested-by-vigilance-in-disproportionate-assets-worth-about-rs-16534879","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eodishasamachar.com\/en\/2021\/07\/19\/secretary-charbhata-and-dubula-primary-agriculture-cooperative-society-pacs-ltd-ps-tarava-dist-subarnapur-arrested-by-vigilance-in-disproportionate-assets-worth-about-rs-16534879\/","title":{"rendered":"SECRETARY, CHARBHATA AND DUBULA PRIMARY AGRICULTURE COOPERATIVE SOCIETY (PACS) LTD, PS-TARAVA, DIST-SUBARNAPUR ARRESTED BY VIGILANCE IN DISPROPORTIONATE ASSETS WORTH ABOUT Rs.1,65,34,879\/-."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuttack,19\/7\/2021 ( Odisha Samachar )-\u00a0 \u00a0 On the allegation of acquisition of assets disproportionate to the known sources of income by Masut Mohammad, Secretary, Charbhata and Dubula Primary Agriculture Cooperative Society (PACS) Ltd, PS-Tarava, Dist-Subarnapur, <strong>simultaneous house searches<\/strong> were conducted by the team of Sambalpur Vigilance Division on 16.07.2021 on the strength of Search Warrants issued by the Hon\u2019ble Court of Special Judge, Vigilance, Bolangir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 One Triple storeyed building at Salepali, Bolangir, 3 plots in Subarnapur, 4 plots in Bolangir, bank deposits worth over Rs 20 lakh, LIC deposits worth over 12 lakh \u00a0and other movable and immovable properties, all totalling to over Rs 1 Crore 65 lakh<\/strong> were unearthed during the house search.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After thorough search, inventory and further enquiry, the income, expenditure and assets of Masut Mohammad, Secretary\u00a0were calculated and he was found in possession of assets disproportionate to the known sources of income to the tune of\u00a0<strong>Rs.1,65,34,879\/- (Rupees One Crore Sixty-five Lakhs Thirty-four Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-nine) <\/strong><strong>which constitutes 309% of his <\/strong><strong>known sources of income<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00a0Masut Mohammad, Secretary, Charbhata and Dubula Primary Agriculture Cooperative Society (PACS) Ltd, PS-Tarava, Dist-Subarnapur\u00a0was\u00a0found in possession of disproportionate assets, which he could not account for satisfactorily, Sambalpur Vigilance P.S.
