\nFrance, Taiwan, India, Denmark, USA, Bulgaria, Israel and Singapore
\nparticipated in the nation’s first digital water hackathon. From the
\nparticipants, eight teams were selected as finalists to present their solutions
\nat the virtual Digital Water Hackathon DemoDay@SIWW. <\/b>The eight finalist
\nteams who presented were ESGnie, Neptune, WaterFutureTech, Groundup.ai, Fieldbox.ai,
\nDatakrew, Teredo Analytics and Memsing. The winners were announced on 23rd<\/sup>
\nJune at the prize presentation ceremony. \u00a0<\/p>\n

\nteams with the highest scores during the Digital Water Hackathon 2021
\nDemoDay@SIWW.\u00a0 The final scores are
\ndetermined by a team of esteemed judges. The winner for the ripple2wave Water
\nPrize (Entry level) is Neptune. The team received USD $5000 Alibaba Cloud
\nCredits and $1000 cash prize. The winner for the for the ripple2wave Water
\nPrize (Advanced level) is Datakrew. They walked away with a USD $5000 Alibaba
\nCloud Credits and $2000 cash prize.<\/p>\n

\nteams-Teredo Analytics and Memsing (in partnership with SGlab), were selected
\nby PUB to test their solutions at PUB’s facilities and receive guidance from
\nthe organisation’s in-house experts. <\/p>\n
\n
<\/p>\n
\nhardware and a machine learning based algorithm which was developed in-house to
\nprovide timely and comprehensive insights on the integrity of water pipelines
\nbefore leaks occur. As for team Memsing, the prototype involves the development
\nof miniaturized hydrophone sensors (that consumes little power) to perform leak
\ndetection, and an AI algorithm for leak prediction.<\/p>\n

\nseeking innovative water solutions to meet its water needs and solve its
\nchallenges. PUB is glad to support the inaugural Digital Water Hackathon

\nmonitoring solution for smaller-sized industrial wastewater treatment plants.<\/p>\n

\nbecome one of the 9 finalists of the she1K C-Shark Tank season 5 programme.
\nThese finalists will get 1 out of 3 chances to secure funding in each season of
\nC-Shark Tank in which the cash are committed upfront and guaranteed for the top
\n3 winners by the investors.<\/p>\n
