\nfintech company OctaFX<\/a> joins efforts with
\nhumanitarian organisation PERTIWI for a long-term essential products
\ndistribution programme\u00a0\u2014\u00a0<\/i>contractually
\nagreed upon for the next two years. This initiative
\ncommenced during Ramadan 2021.<\/p>\n

A recent partnership
\nlaunched between the charitable organisation Pertubuhan Tindakan Wanita Islam
\n(PERTIWI) and the global Forex broker OctaFX.<\/p>\n


\n <\/p>\n

Both partners in this
\ncharity initiative agree: children do not choose to be born into poverty, and
\nthey deserve to have at the very least basic living conditions. <\/p>\n

The first round of this
\nessential products distribution has begun in Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul
\nEhsan. This specific programme will take place once a month for the next two
\nyears. Each month the initiative will provide 80 families in dire need with
\nessentials and child care products.<\/p>\n

PERTIWI president, Datuk
\nMunirah Abdul Hamid, declared, ‘we would like to thank OctaFX for this generous
\ndonation, making it easier for PERTIWI to continue its essential products
\nprogramme, helping urban families to get by more smoothly through these
\nchallenging times. May God bless all of your kindness. May we emerge from this
\ncrisis stronger and united’.<\/p>\n

PERTIWI formed in 1967,
\nand among the fund’s impressive portfolio is the yearlong campaign for women’s
\nrights in Malaysia: the education, nurturing and empowering of women while
\nmaintaining their traditional family role. Other programmes include providing
\nmedical aid to remote villages and sponsorships for educating foster children
\nand skills training for single mothers.<\/p>\n
