\nexperience in retail operations and management. He co-founded the first agnes b.
\nDELICES \u2013 the French lifestyle company’s chocolate brand, and also launched the
\nfirst Vivienne Westwood caf\u00e9 in Hong Kong.<\/p>\n

\nKo has held senior positions in corporate real estate and retail businesses in
\nleasing, management and operational roles, driving growth and improving mall
\nrevenues and operating performance. During his tenure at Swire Properties he
\nwas focused on building a sustainable, differentiated and high-growth tenant
\nmix for the Festival Walk property. He is also the Chairman of the executive board
\nof the Institute of Shopping Centre Management, with extensive connections and a
\nproven track record in developing strong mall retail mixes. <\/p>\n
