The&#13;<br \/>\ntotal size of the Senior Notes issued on 24 April 2018 was US$500 million with&#13;<br \/>\nthe coupon rate of 6.875%. <\/li>\n<li>On 22-26 April 2021, the major&#13;<br \/>\nshareholder of CIFI Holdings, Lin&#8217;s Family increased the CIFI shareholdings by&#13;<br \/>\n2.0 million shares, reflecting their strong confidence in the long-term&#13;<br \/>\ndevelopment capabilities and the growth potential of the Company&#8217;s share&#13;<br \/>\nperformance in future. <\/li>\n<li>Jinke-CIFI Canal City (\u91d1\u79d1\u65ed\u8f1d*\u4e0a\u6cb3\u4e4b\u57ce),&#13;<br \/>\nwhich is located in Didang New Town (\u8fea\u8569\u65b0\u57ce) in Shaoxing, Zhejiang province, is a&#13;<br \/>\nlarge-scale commercial and residential complex jointly developed by Jinke and&#13;<br \/>\nCIFI. The project will have a gross floor area of 500,000 sq.m. and surrounded&#13;<br \/>\nby high quality facilities including the campus of Shao Chu Feng Lin (\u7d39\u521d\u9cf3\u6797)&#13;<br \/>\nSchool, Hong Qiao International School and the Maternity and Child Health&#13;<br \/>\nHospital of Shaoxing City. The project will build a 25,000-sq.m. riparian&#13;<br \/>\ncommercial street and a 60,000-sq.m. shopping plaza. The residential units of&#13;<br \/>\nthe project launched sales on 28 April and 404 flats were sold on that day,&#13;<br \/>\nwith the sell-through rate of approximately 80%.<\/li>\n<li>Beijing CIFI Park City project, which&#13;<br \/>\nis located in Shunyi District of Beijing, is a residential property project&#13;<br \/>\nwhich will be comprised of two residential zones with a 43,000-sq.m. central&#13;<br \/>\npark right at the centre between them, and a 19,000-sq.m. commercial street.&#13;<br \/>\nThe project also marks the debut of CIFI&#8217;s 7th-generation residential&#13;<br \/>\nproperties in Beijing. The layout of the residential buildings will resemble&#13;<br \/>\nthe arrangement of piano keys for the musical note C. The designs of the flats&#13;<br \/>\nsuit the needs of the younger generation of homebuyers. The small-sized flats&#13;<br \/>\ntake the shape of a rectangle and contain cross ventilation windows in south&#13;<br \/>\nand north whereas the medium-sized flats have double balconies facing south and&#13;<br \/>\nnorth. CIFI adopts a policy of transparency regarding the standards, data and&#13;<br \/>\nthe process of development and sale of properties. Therefore, the quality&#13;<br \/>\nresidential project with a park embodies CIFI&#8217;s concept of &#8220;transparent&#13;<br \/>\nfactory&#8221;. The flats at the project launched sales on 15 April and more than&#13;<br \/>\nRMB1 billion contracted sales were recorded in the first two hours. <\/li>\n<li>On 30 April 2021, Henderson\u00b7CIFI The&#13;<br \/>\nROOF was grandly opened. The project is located at Xintiandi commercial area in&#13;<br \/>\nHuangpu District, CBD of Shanghai. The project is surrounded by Madang Road,&#13;<br \/>\nJianguo East Road and Danshui Road, which are with long history, with a total&#13;<br \/>\ngross floor area of about 45,000 sq.m. The ROOF is an integrated commercial&#13;<br \/>\ncomplex including multi-purpose offices, MIX luxury and fashion shopping mall&#13;<br \/>\nand urban public spaces. Henderson\u00b7CIFI The ROOF takes &#8220;art, fun, and&#13;<br \/>\nhumanity&#8221; as the theme of the project, making it the first cultural&#13;<br \/>\nlandmark project in Puxi, the west side of Huangpu River.
