With the accumulative interest accrued to the date of&#13;<br \/>\nredemption, the total amount paid was approx. US$254 million. The total issue&#13;<br \/>\nsize of the senior perpetual capital securities was US$300 million and at a&#13;<br \/>\ncoupon rate of 5.375%. As of 2 March 2021, this senior perpetual capital&#13;<br \/>\nsecurities had been fully redeemed by the Group.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-indent: -0.25in\">On&#13;<br \/>\nMarch 2, CIFI announced the redemption of senior notes due 2 March 2021 in full&#13;<br \/>\nat outstanding principal amount of approx. Total profit grew by 28.7% to&#13;<br \/>\nRMB11.9 billion which exceeding RMB10 billion for the first time of the Group.&#13;<br \/>\nCore net profit to equity owners of the Company increased by 16.3% to a new&#13;<br \/>\nrecord high of RMB8.03 billion. The Group proposed a final dividend of RMB24.3&#13;<br \/>\ncents (equivalent to 29 HK cents) per share, an increase of 10.8%. Total&#13;<br \/>\ndividends for the year amounted to RMB34.1 cents (equivalent to 40 HK cents)&#13;<br \/>\nper share with a year-on-year growth of 5.3%, while the total accumulated&#13;<br \/>\ndividends since IPO were HK$1.84 per share.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>CIFI arranged large-scale investor live&#13;<br \/>\nwebcast presentation and several small group meetings with over 500 investors&#13;<br \/>\nand analysts attended. After the meetings, more than 30 international and&#13;<br \/>\nonshore investment institutions issued research reports, among which a total of&#13;<br \/>\n26 institutions maintained or upgraded their &#8220;BUY&#8221; rating on CIFI.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-indent: -0.25in\">CIFI&#8217;s&#13;<br \/>\nfirst Bay Mansion project in Fujian Province, CIFI Bay Mansion\u00b7Wuyuan Bay, is&#13;<br \/>\nlocated in the Wuyuan Bay area, and contains a full range of living facilities,&#13;<br \/>\ncommercial facilities, business facilities and natural resources.
