However \u00a0inmates\u00a0 to the festival had narrowly escaped . Transport commissioner Sanjeeb Panda and his wife Special secretary of Home department Santosh Bala who were in one of the tents . \u00a0It is suspected that the fire occurred due to \u00a0electric short circuit.
