Upon completion of the public listing, Jacobson&#13;<br \/>\nPharma continues to indirectly hold over 50% equity interest in JBM Healthcare&#13;<br \/>\nand JBM Healthcare remains as a subsidiary of Jacobson Pharma. <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13; <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n&#13; <\/p>\n<p><span class=\"expchar1\">Further to the successful listing, <\/span>the Group will aim at&#13;<br \/>\nexpanding its product offerings and deepening product penetration in China&#13;<br \/>\nthrough cross-border e-commerce initiatives as a result of the rapid growth of&#13;<br \/>\nthe PRC cross-border e-commerce market, as well as the rising demand for&#13;<br \/>\noverseas healthcare products along with an increasingly structured and formalized&#13;<br \/>\ncross-border e-commerce channel in the PRC market. The Group will allocate 47.2% of the proceeds <\/span>to fund portfolio development and brand management of proprietary Chinese&#13;<br \/>\nmedicines; while 43.4% will be used to pay for the obtaining of additional&#13;<br \/>\ndistribution rights from third-party brand owners, as part of the strategy to&#13;<br \/>\ngrow its third-party brand product portfolio.
