\nAsset Management Limited (the “Manager<\/b>“) and DBS Hong Kong jointly announce
\nthat Sunlight Real Estate Investment Trust (“Sunlight REIT<\/b>“) has secured
\na HK$500 million sustainability-linked loan today.<\/p>\n

\n
<\/p>\n
This
\nsustainability-linked loan is unsecured and has a tenure of five years. DBS
\nHong Kong will offer interest margin privileges based on satisfaction of
\npredetermined sustainability performance targets relating to environmental and
\nsocial aspects. The proceeds of the loan will be used for general working
\ncapital. <\/p>\n

\nManaging Director and Head of Institutional Banking Group of DBS Hong Kong,

DBS is a signatory to
\nthe United Nations Global Compact and is committed to driving progress towards
\nthe United Nations Sustainable Development Goals in ways that are meaningful to

\ncorporates in adopting responsible financing practices. Since 2018, DBS has
\nconcluded over 100 sustainable financing deals amounting to about SG$17.5
\nbillion.<\/p>\n
