Deceased Rabi Dulla was arrested in 2008 in connection with armory \u00a0loot at Nayagarh.\u00a0 He was also accused in crimes like looting weapons after torching police station, murder and explosion. Dulla was also arrested for his alleged links with Maoists.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Today morning he injured following falling while he was taking water .
