He was also being treated for kidney-related ailments. Rao was shifted to the ICU of the hospital after his condition deteriorated.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rao had been awarded the Padma Shri on March 11 last \u00a0year for his work towards providing education to slum children.
