The study showed that during a crisis<br \/>\nlike the COVID-19 pandemic, consumers gravitated towards brands that are<br \/>\navailable across multiple digital channels and are perceived as value for<br \/>\nmoney. In categories with intense competition, brands with cross-generational<br \/>\nappeal, for instance NTUC FairPrice,<br \/>\nultimately topped their categories. <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n15 companies among others cited by consumers as their preferred choices are AIA<br \/>\n(Asia), Adidas (Singapore), Angliss Singapore (Singapore), AOX (Singapore),<br \/>\nBeijing Tong Ren Tang (Asia), Chow Tai Fook (Asia), Decathlon Singapore<br \/>\n(Singapore), EB Frozen Food (Malaysia), Everbest Soya Bean (Malaysia),<br \/>\nH\u00e4agen-Dazs (Singapore), IG Group (Singapore), NTUC FairPrice (Singapore), NTUC<br \/>\nLearningHub<br \/>\n(Singapore), POKKA (Singapore), PropertyGuru Group (Asia). <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>At<br \/>\na time where the labour market is faced with great uncertainty and employee<br \/>\nmorale is at an all-time low,\u00a0 Lazada<br \/>\n(Asia), KFC (Singapore), Pizza Hut (Singapore) and PKF (Singapore) are crowned<br \/>\n&#8220;2020 Asia&#8217;s Top Employers&#8221; based on an anonymous survey of more than 10,000<br \/>\nemployees. The awardees surpassed industry standards in having meaningful<br \/>\nemployee engagement, strong alignment between employee and company culture and<br \/>\nrelevant HR practices in this digital age.
