Bhubaneswar, 22/10 ( Odisha Samachar / Abhisek Mohanty ) : GoAir will be starting its operations from the October 26, 2014, from Bhubaneswar to Delhi/Kolkata/Bangalore/Mumbai. This was informed by year AAI, Biju Patnaik International Airport, Bhubaneswar.
Sharad Kumar, Airport Director, said “It is a proud and joyous moment for the state as a fourth airline operator is about to start its operations. This will give a varied plate of options to all the commuters, between lowest fares, suitable timings, etc. Air Asia, ABC Airways, Air Costa and Vistaara Airways are also in the process of starting their operations from Bhubaneswar in the near future, providing better connectivity with the rest of India. Passengers travelling in the railways AC II Tier can easily avail air travel with the low cost airlines at hand.”
