Samajwadi Party Odisha Celebrate Mulayam’s Birth Day among the blinds

ELogo BlueBhubaneswar, 22/11( Odisha Samachar ) : Samajwadi Party National President Mr. Mulayam Singh Yadav, M.P., has completed 75 years.  Samajwadi Party Odisha State Committee celebrated this occasion among the blind students of the capital City here today. In the morning, party workers led by its State President went to the local Ram Temple to light the lamp and observed a collective prayer wishing a long and healthy life of Sri Yadav. Later on a seminar was organized to celebrate Mr. Yadav’s Birth Day as “Samata Divas” at Bhima Bhoi School of blind.  At the outset the school headmaster Mr. Gouranga Chandra Patra and Mr. Behera garlanded the statue of Santha Kabi Bhima Bhoi & Luie Brail in the school campus. Joining the occasion Mr. Sudarshan Pradhan described the role of Mulayam Singh Yadav in the National politics. Mr. Behera in his addressed spoke at length on the celebration of Mulayam’s Jayanti as Samata Divas. He told when secularism social justice and socialism is being challenged by the communal forces all secular & democratic forces should be united to fight against it. Mulayam Singh Yadav is at the forefront of this battle since last 40 years of his political career. He is Birth Day celebration carries significance at this stage of our National politics.  Hence Samajwadi party has decided to observed this day among the helpless and oppressed class.  Odisha State Committee choose this school as these students deserved it most, hence this observation is in this institution. Among others Mr. Sambit Das, Mr. Pradip Mishra, Mr. Naresh Pradhan & the teacher of this school Mr. Tapas Mohanty, Sandhya Mohanty and Muralidhara Behera also participated in the programme.  DSC_0562
