Bhubaneswar , 15/12 (Odisha Samachar/Abhisek Mohanty ): Laghu Udyog Bharati is gearing up to make gobar gas available to the people through cylinders for cooking. The vision of introducing this new project is to reduce burning of fire wood and coal by promoting use of gobar gas produced by the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in rural areas of Odisha.
Laghu Udyog Bharati is planning to develop MSME sector through cluster, consortium marketing, creating more new clusters in rural areas by utilizing agricultural products produced in local areas with a view to conserve solar energy, encourage entrepreneurship and enhance employment in rural areas of the State,.
The projects will be inaugurated by Union Petroleum & Natural Gas Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Union Minister for MSME Kalraj Mishra, State MSME Minister Jogendra Behera and Laghu Udyog Bharati National Secretary Jitendra Gupta on December 16, 2015.
“This endeavour will definitely encourage setting up of micro and small industries for utilization of available natural resources”, said State President of Laghu Udyog Bharati Laxmidhar Sahoo, Vice-President Pawan Kumar Jhunjhunwala and Bhubaneswar Zone President Tapan Kumar Swain in a press conference.
