Bhubaneswar ,2/7 ( Odisha Samachar Bureau ) – The model of Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS), a free residential institute for tribal children and youths, should be replicated in other parts of the country, said Dr. M. Mangapati Pallam Raju, Hon’ble Union Minister of Human Resource Development during his visit to KIIT and KISS recently. This will help millions of children who are still devoid of education.
An institution like KISS, which is an effective model of educational empowerment, has been possible due to herculean effort by a single individual, he stated referring to the Founder of the institute, Dr. A. Samanta.
