Cuttack, 21/06/2016 ( Odisha Samachar )- To day i.e. on 21.6.16 on the allegation of acquisition and possession of disproportionate assets by Sri Prasanna Kumar Mishra, Forest Range Officer, Bhawanipatna and K.gaon Forest Range, Dist-Kalahandi his (1) Residential building at Hilpatna, Bhawanipatna (2) Native house at Vill- Pariagaon, PS- Junagarh Dist-Kalahandi (3) Father-in-law’s house at Irrigation Colony, Bhawanipatna (4) Office chamber at Bhawanipatna were simultaneously searched by the Officers of Vigilance, Koraput Division on the strength of search warrant issued by Court.
During search, so far the following movable and immovable assets with approximate cost mentioned against each are detected in possession of Sri Prasanna Kumar Mishra in his name and in the name of his family members.

The total asset of Sri Prasanna Kumar Mishra detected so far has been calculated to Rs.1,21,14,905/-.
Sri Prasanna Kumar Mishra has joined as Villaged Forest Worker in the year 1989. He was promoted to the rank of Forest Range Officer in the year 1998 and posted at Bhawanipatna and K.gaon in Kalahandi Dist. He is still continuing as Forest Range Officer at Bhawanipatna, Dist-Kalahandi.
