Dharmendra Pradhan opens Odisha’s biggest oil terminal in Jharsuguda

Jharsuguda/Bhubaneswar, 29/11/2017 ( Odisha Samachar / Abhisek Mohanty )- : Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Dharmendra Pradhan inaugurated Odisha’s biggest oil terminal at Malimunda in Jharsuguda on Wednesday.

The oil terminal, built at an investment of Rs 140 crore, will provide uninterrupted and automated delivery of fuel to ten districts of western Odisha- Bargarh, Bolangir, Jharsuguda, Deogarh, Keonjhar, Kalahandi, Sundergarh, Sambalpur, Sonepur and Nuapada.

The terminal has a capacity to store 49, 000 Kilo Litre (Coverage 22 days) with 2, 200 KL per day sale of petrol, diesel and kerosene to cater more than 350 sale points within a radius of 550 kilometres round the year supply.
