BOB opened over 10 lakh accounts pan India

OS Logo Pink EnglishBhubaneswar , 03/09 ( Odisha Samachar/Abhisek Mohanty ) : Under the scheme “Pradhanmantri Jan Dhan Yojna” launched by Government of India, Bank of Baroda (BOB) opened over 10 lakh accounts across India. Sujay Kumar Shaw, General Manager & Zonal Head, Bihar, Odisha & Jharkhand Zone informed that against the allocated target of 6 lakh accounts our Bank has opened over 10 lakh account in a campaign mode canvassed during a week period. At various places camps were put specially to canvass accounts in this scheme.  Stating that a total of 71,337 accounts were opened in BOJ Zone and in Odisha state a total of 17,381 a/c was opened, he thanked all the new account holders and appreciated the concerted effort put by the team BOB for this achievement. : Developping Odia News websites
